Processing Time:
It usually takes only 2-3 business days to process your custom wedding photo cards before shipping. If you select the optional rush processing service, the processing time is reduced to 1 business day. Processing time greatly depends on the timeliness of your responses to our proofs and e-mail communications. Processing estimates do not include shipping transit time.

High Resolution photos are required for best results. Your photos need to be between 900KB and 10MB to produce a clear print. Photos less than 900KB in size will most likely produce a poor print.

Most photos will need to be cropped to fit into the allotted spaces for this wedding photo invitation. Color images can be converted to black and white or sepia tone at no additional charge. Please specify this request during checkout in your 'order comments' box. Otherwise, photos will be added to your photo card as they were received.

Please do not re-size your photo before sending, as this may compromise print quality. If your photo is too small to produce a good print, we will notify you and give you the option of switching photos.

About 1/4 inch is cut off around all sides of the photo card during printing to create the 'full bleed' effect. Please keep this in mind when selecting photos for your wedding photo invitations. Photos with adequate headroom and sideroom are required for best results.

If your photos were taken by a professional photographer, we require that a release be e-mailed to us stating that Photo Card Chef has permission to print the photos. Your photographer may e-mail us the release directly. Your order number must be included in the e-mail containing the release. Photo Card Chef cannot reproduce professional photography without written consent from the photographer.

I would like to say thank you to photo card chef!!! I absolutely love my wedding invites! They are exactly what I expected! I was in contact with Ellie and she was great! I sent in my order on a Friday night and I didn't hear back from them until I called the following Wednesday. Apparently my order was not answered to as quickly as it should have but I was bumped up to rush delivery and the women who helped me was very attentive and quick in her responses that it was processed within a few hours and shipped out the following day. We were very pleased with our invitations and received very good feedback on how beautiful the Pearl UV Coating gave a little something extra to the beach background.

I loved my wedding invitations, the smooth matte recycled paper was of great quality. The pictures were so crisp and clear. The website is so easy to use and browsing for pics was never so easy. I definitely recommend card chef!
