Color Options:
If you are searching for a specific color to meet your needs, we can match most colors for an additional $15 charge. To order a custom color, add the Custom Color Request to your cart before checking out and let us know in your card text box during checkout what color you prefer. If you have Adobe Photoshop, you can select a color and give us the color number for an exact match. Otherwise, explain your color preference and we will do our best to match it.
Processing Time:
It usually takes only 2-3 business days to process your tri-fold Christmas photo cards before shipping. If you select the optional rush processing service, the processing time is reduced to 1 business day. Processing time greatly depends on the timeliness of your responses to our proofs and e-mail communications. Processing estimates do not include shipping transit time.

If you experience any problems adding to cart after your information and photos have been entered, please place your order without uploading any photos, and then e-mail your photos to photos@photocardchef.com along with your order number and label where each photo should be placed.
High Resolution photos are required for best results. Your photos need to be between 900KB and 10MB to produce a clear print. Photos less than 900KB in size will most likely produce a poor print.
Most photos will need to be cropped to fit into the allotted spaces for this Tri-Fold Photo Holiday Card. Color images can be converted to black and white or sepia tone at no additional charge. Please specify this request when e-mailing your photos. Otherwise, photos will be added to your photo card as they were received.
Please do not re-size your photos before sending, as this may compromise print quality. If your photo is too small to produce a good print, we will notify you and give you the option of switching photos.
Important note about photos: About 1/4 inch will be cut off around all sides during printing to create our unique full-bleed effect. It is important to keep this in mind when choosing photos, especially for the inside of these tri-fold Christmas cards, so that nothing important is cut off unintentionally. It is best to submit photos with a large portion of 'headroom' and space around the subject of the photo if you are concerned about keeping the entire subject on the card.
If your photos were taken by a professional photographer, we require that a release be e-mailed to us stating that Photo Card Chef has permission to print the photos. Your photographer may e-mail us the release directly. Your order number must be included in the e-mail containing the release. Photo Card Chef cannot reproduce professional photography without written consent from the photographer.
