Processing Time:
It usually takes only 2-3 business days to process your Folded Holiday Photo Cards with photos before shipping. If you select the optional rush processing service, the processing time is reduced to 1 business day. Processing time greatly depends on the timeliness of your responses to our proofs and e-mail communications. Processing estimates do not include shipping transit time.

High Resolution photos are required for best results. Your photos need to be between 900KB and 10MB to produce a clear print. Photos less than 900KB in size will most likely produce a poor print. Check the size of your photos before placing your order.

Please do not re-size your photos before sending, as this may compromise print quality. If your photo is too small to produce a good print, we will notify you and give you the option of switching photos.

About 1/4 inch will be cut around all sides during print. The inside left photo MUST have a good amount of headroom to allow for cropping. Please consider how your image will have to be cropped into the square frame before ordering.

If your photos were taken by a professional photographer, we require that a release be e-mailed to us stating that Photo Card Chef has permission to print the photos. Your photographer may e-mail us the release directly. Your order number must be included in the e-mail containing the release. Photo Card Chef cannot reproduce professional photography without written consent from the photographer.
