Your photos will need to be cropped to fit into the allotted spaces for this simple graduation photo card. The front left and back left photos are cut thin for a more unique and modern look. Please submit a photo with plenty of side-room to fit nicely into the tall, thin vertical frames. It is important to envision how your photos will likely need to be cropped to fit into the allotted spaces before ordering.
Color images can be converted to black and white or sepia tone at no additional charge. Please specify this request in your ‘order comments’ box at checkout. Otherwise, photos will be added to your photo card as they were received.
Please do not re-size your photos before sending, as this may compromise print quality. If your photo is too small to produce a good print, we will notify you and give you the option of switching photos.
About 1/4 inch is cut off around all sides of the photo card during printing to create the 'full bleed' effect. Please keep this in mind when selecting photos for your 4x8 graduation announcement photo cards. Photos with headroom and side-room are strongly recommended.
If your photos were taken by a professional photographer, we require that a release be e-mailed to us stating that Photo Card Chef has permission to print the photos. Your photographer may e-mail us the release directly. Your order number must be included in the e-mail containing the release
