Processing Time:
It usually takes only 2-3 business days to process your Modern Graduation Stay in Touch Cards before shipping. If you select the optional rush processing service, the processing time is reduced to 1 business day. Processing time greatly depends on the timeliness of your responses to our proofs and e-mail communications. Processing estimates do not include shipping transit time.

More Photo Information

High Resolution photos are required for best results. Your photos need to be between 900KB and 10MB to produce a clear print. Photos less than 900KB in size will most likely produce a poor print. Check the size of your photos before placing your order.

It is important to note that the vertical photos are a thin-crop, meaning some of the sides of your vertical photo will need to be cropped off. Please submit photos with adequate "side-room" for cropping into the thinner frame. Additionally, about 1/4 inch will be taken off by the printer. Photos with headroom are strongly recommended to ensure that all important parts of your photo stay on the card.

Color images can be converted to black and white or sepia tone at no additional charge. Please specify this request in your ‘order comments’ box at checkout. Otherwise, photos will be added to your photo card as they were received.

Please do not re-size your photos before sending, as this may compromise print quality. If your photo is too small to produce a good print, we will notify you and give you the option of switching photos.

If your photos were taken by a professional photographer, we require that a release be e-mailed to us stating that Photo Card Chef has permission to print the photos. Your photographer may e-mail us the release directly. Your order number must be included in the e-mail containing the release
