Processing Time:
It usually takes only 2-3 business days to process your Movie Poster photo cards before shipping. If you select the optional rush processing service, the processing time is reduced to 1 business day. Processing time greatly depends on the timeliness of your responses to our proofs and e-mail communications. Processing estimates do not include shipping transit time.

High Resolution photos are required for best results. Your photos need to be between 900KB and 10MB to produce a clear print. Photos less than 900KB in size will most likely produce a poor print. Check the size of your photos before placing your order.
Please do not re-size your photos before sending, as this may compromise print quality. If your photo is too small to produce a good print, we will notify you and give you the option of switching photos.
Up to 1/4 inch will be cut off around all sides by the printer to create the 'full bleed' effect. Your images MUST have ample headroom to avoid having important parts of your image cropped off. Additionally, photos with ample extra background space are strongly recommended, as much cropping is needed to fit into the photo areas correctly. Please consider how your images will most likely need to be cropped to fit into the allotted spaces.
If your photos were taken by a professional photographer, we require that a release be e-mailed to us stating that Photo Card Chef has permission to print the photos. Your photographer may e-mail us the release directly. Your order number must be included in the e-mail containing the release. Photo Card Chef cannot reproduce professional photography without written consent from the photographer.
