Processing Time:
It usually takes only 2-3 business days to process your Grungy Holiday Cards with Photos before shipping. If you select the optional rush processing service, the processing time is reduced to 1 business day. Processing time greatly depends on the timeliness of your responses to our proofs and e-mail communications. Processing estimates do not include shipping transit time.

More Photo Information

High Resolution photos are required for best results. Your photos need to be between 900KB and 10MB to produce a clear print. Photos less than 900KB in size will most likely produce a poor print.

Your photos will need to be cropped to fit into the allotted spaces for this Grunge Photo Holiday Card. Please do not crop your photos before submitting. We will position your photos in the frames.

Color images can be converted to black and white or sepia tone at no additional charge. Please specify this request when e-mailing your photos. Otherwise, photos will be added to your photo card as they were received.

Please do not re-size your photos before sending, as this may compromise print quality. If your photo is too small to produce a good print, we will notify you and give you the option of switching photos.

Please note that about 1/4 inch will be cut off around all sides during printing. Please submit photos with a good amount of headroom to ensure that all important parts of your photos are kept within the safe zone.

If your photos were taken by a professional photographer, we require that a release be e-mailed to us stating that Photo Card Chef has permission to print the photos. Your photographer may e-mail us the release directly. Your order number must be included in the e-mail containing the release. Photo Card Chef cannot reproduce professional photography without written consent from the photographer.
