It usually takes only 2-3 business days to process your Elegant Photo Graduation Announcements before shipping. If you select the optional rush processing service, the processing time is reduced to 1 business day. Processing time greatly depends on the timeliness of your responses to our proofs and e-mail communications. Processing estimates do not include shipping transit time.

High Resolution photos are required for best results. Your photos need to be between 900KB and 10MB to produce a clear print. Photos less than 900KB in size will most likely produce a poor print. Check the size of your photos before placing your order.
The photo for the front of the card will need to be cropped to fit into the oval shaped frame on these graduation announcements. Please consider how your photo will have to be cropped to fit into the frame. The photo for back of the card will also have to be cropped on the left to fit into the allotted space. Please be considerate of how your photo will most likely have to be cropped to fit into the frame before ordering.
Color images can be converted to black and white or sepia tone at no additional charge. Please specify this request in your ‘order comments’ box at checkout. Otherwise, photos will be added to your photo card as they were received.
Please do not re-size your photos before sending, as this may compromise print quality. If your photo is too small to produce a good print, we will notify you and give you the option of switching photos.
If your photos were taken by a professional photographer, we require that a release be e-mailed to us stating that Photo Card Chef has permission to print the photos. Your photographer may e-mail us the release directly. Your order number must be included in the e-mail containing the release. Photo Card Chef cannot reproduce professional photography without written consent from the photographer.
