• Standard Double Session - $465
  • This is the most popular session and includes a full double makeover (hair and make-up), and two full sessions on two separate days with up to 12 different outfit changes.
  • The first session will begin in the studio with a makeover provided by a professional artist, followed by a full in-studio photo shoot (60-75 minutes).
  • The second session will take place one or two days later and will be at an outdoor location to suit your personality perfectly. The outdoor session has a themed shoot option. Contact Eldeen Annette to find out more about a personalized themed shoot option.
  • The double session will yield twice as many images to choose from.
  • The double session allows one friend to join the shoot at one of the sessions, where we will capture a few "best friend" shots. The friend will also get a personal 10-minute Gift Session during the shoot.
• Simple Session (45 minutes in studio or on location) - $245
• Destination Session (1-3 hours in Boulder's Rocky Mountains) - $465
• Extra Make-Over (for additional party members) - $120

Session fees cover the session preparation, photography session, post processing work and image-perfecting, and Presentation Session. Session fees do not include prints.

By ordering this Session Reservation, the standard (photo card chef) terms at checkout are not valid, and as a replacement you agree to adhere to these terms below:

1. AGREEMENT, JURISDICTION & SEVERABILITY: This contract contains the entire understanding between Eldeen Annette and The CLIENT.  It supersedes all prior and simultaneous agreements between the parties. The only way to change or add to this agreement is to do so in writing, and providing the document is signed by all relevant parties. The laws of the state of Colorado shall govern this contract, and any resulting arbitration shall take place within Broomfield, Colorado. Client assumes responsibility for all collection costs and legal fees incurred by Eldeen Annette should enforcement of this contract become necessary. In the event that any part of this contract is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of this contract shall remain valid and enforceable. Any failure by one or both parties to enforce a provision of this contract shall not constitute a waiver of any other portion or provision of this agreement.

2. CLIENT affirms that CLIENT is at least 18 years old and has the capacity to enter into a contract with Eldeen Annette.

3. Eldeen Annette is not an employee of THE CLIENT.

4.STANDARD RESERVATION, CANCELLATION, AND PAYMENT: Upon your signature, Eldeen Annette will reserve the time and date agreed upon, and will not make other reservations for that time and date. For this reason, the full Photography Session fee is non-refundable, even if the date is changed or the session is cancelled for any reason, including, but not limited to illness or injury, acts of God, fire, and/or extreme weather. Client must notify Eldeen Annette of cancellation 72 hours prior to session date to ensure rescheduling. The session fee is to be paid at the time of signing the contract. The session fee covers all components of the Photography Experience including preparation time, double make-over with a professional stylist, photography session, elite photo re-touching, and general work such as preparation for the Presentation and the Presentation session.   The session fee does not include any prints or products. Clients may purchase prints of images presented at the Presentation using the print order forms provided during the scheduled Presentation.  Eldeen Annette IS NOT LIABLE FOR QUALITY ISSUES IN PRINTING OR DAMAGE OCCURRED DURING DELIVERY. Every attempt will be made to rectify the situation on the Client’s behalf if such issues should arise. Printing costs must be paid in full before printing begins.

         4a. GIFT CARD RESERVTION, CANCELLATION, AND PAYMENT: Upon your order, Eldeen Annette will reserve the time and date agreed upon, and will not make other reservations for that time and date. For this reason, a session reservation fee of $100.00 is required at the time of signing the contract.  Client must notify Eldeen Annette of cancellation 72 hours prior to session date to be allowed a reschedule or to be reimbursed. The $100 session reservation fee can either be refunded at the time of the photo session, or, if left with Eldeen Annette, can be converted into $125 print credit (in addition to the $100 print credit already offered via the gift voucher for a total print credit of $225). The gift card offer covers all components of the Photography Experience including preparation time, double make-over with a professional stylist, photography session, elite photo re-touching, and general work such as preparation for the Presentation and the Presentation session.   The print credit can be applied to prints or products. Clients may purchase prints of images presented at the Presentation using the print order forms provided during the scheduled Presentation.  Eldeen Annette IS NOT LIABLE FOR QUALITY ISSUES IN PRINTING OR DAMAGE OCCURRED DURING DELIVERY. Every attempt will be made to rectify the situation on the Client’s behalf if such issues should arise. Printing costs must be paid in full when Client submits order form to Eldeen Annette.

In the unlikely event that Eldeen Annette is unable to provide the services described in this Agreement for any reason including, but not limited to, illness, injury, emergency, or act of God, sudden event or other circumstances beyond the control of Eldeen Annette, session will be rescheduled or if no date is available for reschedule, a full refund will be offered. In the event that any refunds are due under the terms of this Agreement, Eldeen Annette will effect such refunds to the person or entity from whom or which the funds derived.

5. CLIENT SATISFACTION: Client understands that each photo session varies greatly, and that creative license and differences between each session allow for variation in composition, backgrounds, color tones, etc. of the photographs. Client is not obligated to purchase any prints during the Presentation if for any reason client is not satisfied with the images. Due to the nature of this work, no refunds will be provided for any reason for the Photography Session, or for any print orders resulting from this assignment once an order has been placed.

6. MODEL RELEASE: Eldeen Annette has the irrevocable right to use the clients’ photographs for the purpose of copyright, display, portfolio, advertisements, promotions, competitions and review, and any other lawful purposes if necessary.  The clients will receive no compensation for the use of their photographs.

7. AMMENDMENTS: This contract has been freely negotiated and shall be recognized as the entirety of the agreement. Only those changes or modifications specifically placed in writing, attached, dated and signed by THE CLIENT and Eldeen Annette at the time of acceptance of this contract shall be recognized as amendments to this contract.
