Processing Time:
It usually takes only 2-3 business days to process your Elegant tri-fold graduation announcements before shipping. If you select the optional rush processing service, the processing time is reduced to 1 business day. High Resolution photos are required for best results. Your photos need to be between 900KB and 10MB to produce a clear print. Photos less than 900KB in size will most likely produce a poor print.
Most photos will need to be cropped to fit into the allotted spaces for this modern tri-fold 5x5 photo Graduation photo card. Color images can be converted to black and white or sepia tone at no additional charge. Please specify this request when e-mailing your photos. Otherwise, photos will be added to your photo card as they were received.
Please do not re-size your photos before sending, as this may compromise print quality. If your photo is too small to produce a good print, we will notify you and give you the option of switching photos.
The inside photo requires the subject to be off to the right side of the photo because of the fold. Please do not submit a photo with the subject in the center of the photo for the inside of the card, as the fold of the card goes right in the center of the inside photo.
About 1/4 inch is cut off around all sides of the photo card during printing to create the 'full bleed' effect. Please keep this in mind when selecting photos for your Tri-Fold 5x5 graduation announcements. We ask that your photos have a good amount of 'headroom' and 'sideroom' to ensure that no important parts of your photos are cut off.
If your photos were taken by a professional photographer, we require that a release be e-mailed to us stating that Photo Card Chef has permission to print the photos. Your photographer may e-mail us the release directly. Your order number must be included in the e-mail containing the release. Photo Card Chef cannot reproduce professional photography without written consent from the photographer.
