Privacy Policy
We are exceptionally concerned with your privacy and with your trust. ThePhotoCardChef.com values your privacy and will never sell or distribute to outside parties any personal information that you have provided. We will never sell, rent, or share e-mail addresses.

Payment
Payment is through the security of Paypal at this time. Paypal accepts payment by credit card, or a personal Paypal account. Applicable sales tax will be applied to orders shipping to Colorado. Payment is required before a proof will be created and sent for approval. Orders are not taken by phone.

Shipping
Magnets and labels ship in 7 business days.  All other products are shipped 3-day UPS (tracking information available upon request). Though all cards are generally packaged and shipped separately, customers that order more than one card design at a time will only be given one ship charge of $10.00 for the entire order, including magnets and address labels.

Copyrights
All images on the website are the property and the copyright of ThePhotoCardChef.com, and may not be reproduced or used in any form, electronic or printed without prior written permission from us. Reproducing copyrighted material is strictly prohibited by law. Furthermore, all printed photo card created by ThePhotoCardChef.com are copyright protected and may not be reproduced without permission. Purchasing photo cards from ThePhotoCardChef.com does not grant you the right to reproduce the card.

Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are dissatisfied with your order, you may return it within 14 days of purchase for a refund of the product price less a $30 design fee and shipping. Product must be returned in its entirety, accompanied by your name and your reason for return. Partial returns will not be accepted. We do not accept exchanges. Refunds are processed immediately upon receipt of your returned order through Paypal. It is your responsibility to review your proof for errors or omissions and to make sure you are completely satisfied with the layout and design of your card before approving your proof. Spelling and typographical errors not brought to our attention prior to approving the proof are the customer’s responsibility. There will be no refunds or reprints for incorrect spellings, dates, addresses, grammar, or punctuation not brought to our attention during the proofing process. There will be no refunds or reprints for slight color variances due to monitor color settings. There will be no refunds or reprints for grainy photos if you have decided to use a photo that was not recommended for printing. Please be aware that during the printing process, up to 1/4 inch may be cut off around all sides. We take great care to ensure that no important information or important parts of a picture will be cut off. If you feel you need a refund, contact ellie@thephotocardchef.com for an address to return the items to.

Design Fee
There is no design fee to create your customized cards and proofs unless you want to change the card you originally ordered, or if there are over 2 rounds of proofs required.  For complete card changes, an additional $10.00 will be invoiced. The first two proofs are free - each additional proof thereafter will be a charge of $5.00, which will be invoiced from Paypal. Please be as specific as possible with your directions and as accurate as possible with your card text. 

Web Address on Cards
Our web address is generally included on the back of our photo cards.  We charge a fee of $30.00 per card design to have this web address removed.  If you would like the web address removed from your cards, contact us and we will invoice you directly for this charge.

Samples on This Website
ThePhotoCardChef.com is constantly growing and so, new pictures and examples are needed on a continuous basis. Once in a while, we process orders we would like to display on our website. We may select and display your card if we feel the photography is exceptional, and if the overall design will help other potential clients see the value of our photo cards. Whenever we use customer designs as samples, we change all identifying information such as names, addresses, RSVP information, and any other identifying text. By placing an order with us, you agree to allow us to use your card as an example for advertising purposes. If you wish to deny us permission and still place an order, simply submit such a request with your order.

E-mail promotions
We send out e-mail promotions to clients about 4 times a year detailing sales on seasonal cards. Sign up for the 'newsletter' to receive promotional information. We never sell, rent, or share e-mail addresses with outside companies or individuals.
